What to do when you miss your Order Confirmation
If you have not received any order confirmation soon after you place your order, then there must be something wrong happened while you made your purchase.
To ensure this, Log into your account and check the status of your order placed.

- Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note: Delay in delivery may happen due to adverse weather conditions.
- You will receive the overnight packages on the following business day
- Check your shipping address entered if it is correct
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be charged an additional service charge
- Large orders are subject to customs clearance and this may cause delay in delivery. Depending on the type of order and value, there may be customs charge or import duties levied.
